Mt Creek Lake Bridge Dodges Grenade

A grenade was found under or close to the Mountain Creek Lake bridge this afternoon. What does this mean? Terrorists in Oak Cliff?
I wonder if they were targeting the US military at the old naval base, or poor old eastern Grand Prairie, or practicing for future mischief in NYC. Awful.
But I noticed two amazing things...
1. The grenade was found and who knows how long it had been there. And...
2. The Dallas police actually dive in that toxic MCL water.
I hope their families have Baron and Budd's phone number should they develop cancer in twenty years.
But, I'm glad the police was there diving and, by chance, watching over the MCL bridge.
Update: The police do not believe any plot against the bridge existed. Isn't it funny how they say NO PLOT then offer a crimestopper reward for information about the criminal? _____________________________

***By the way, do remember the ammunition or explosives that were stolen from the Mountain Creek Lake area last year? I think this was police ammo worth thousands of dollars.
Wonder where that is today? In Mexico maybe then carried across the border and used on American citizens in S Texas or Arizona? Fueling drug wars? Perish the thought. My imagination is going to an unhappy place.
