CLASS ACTION in more ways than one....

Best comment I read today on the the plight of citizens affected by natural gas drilling on top of the Barnett Shale: CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!*
I am not announcing a suit. I don't know if one will occur, but, yes-something drastic needs to be done about drilling by cities, TCEQ, and EPA. This is my belief based on what I've read and the videos and photos I've seen; lab reports in particular. And you know what else? I can EMPATHIZE with the people suffering.
That's part of the equation when we support any cause.

For the real news: Citizens now join forces with an environmental company, and test air as a group drives around drill sites in a van. All equipment and testers aboard! These folks have graphed the discovered methane level spikes for us to see at Texas Sharon's BlueDaze website, making the problem dramatically clear to everyone.
Science rules..and this van rocks... But, in my opinion, this gaseous, nauseous mess needs to rock a courthouse before more damage is done. It's tragic that some folks don't wake up to their moral responsibility until the law gets involved.

* for endangering citizens when technology exists to prevent emission problems!
