Failing to clean up your military base while you wage war is like:
being a surgeon and leaving a rubber glove inside your patient,
piloting a jet and falling asleep, missing Minneapolis,
teaching sixth grade and psychologically abusing kids,
being President while not watching Wall St support itself with derivatives.
Failure is when your land is so toxic you have to change the baseline standard of
permissible levels to avoid clean up responsibility.
It's wrong. It misses the point. It just does more damage.
And people are not supposed to notice
or care?
FAILURE is what I feel when I realize Dallas is not demanding
and is not getting
the land and lake clean up we deserve.
